The GPSport 245 is a outdoor GPS product line aimed at giving outdoor people who like jogging, hiking, and biking a bike meter with integrated GPS data logger.
In addition to displaying altitude, trip time, total distance, average speed, max speed, and calories consumed, the GPSport 245 enables users to see their tracks on Google map and Google earth with photos on correct locations. It is also easy for users to upload geotagged photos to Flickr, or other photo sharing web site.The GPSport 245 measures altitude through GPS positioning technology which makes it easier for cyclists to match their altitude profile with their speed during and post workout analysis.
The bundled software of powerful ezTour allows the user easily to use and upload a track file saved from the GPSport 245 and then use the track information to geotag flicker photos that are taken in the same time period as the track file. Outputting html information to build the photo albums based on Google maps or on a static map image is only in one painless click. Geotagging ones’ blog posts and sharing ones’ outdoor activities with others is never easier.
The GPSports 245 uses rechargeable li-ion battery that lasts 28 hours for non-backlight operation or 18 hours for backlight operation, there's 4MB memory to store up to 200,000 waypoints. The GPSport 245 has a water-resisting property and the level is waterproof IPX-6.

Please Click "Up / Place Finder" button, you will see the G-Finder menu then click "Enter / Power" button. You can choose one of five recorded location to save the coordinate date. The GPSport 245 will auto-record the GPS location in your indicated place and you can return back to the G-Finder function screen, the device will show you the direction how to go back as your indicated place.

Please Click "Up / Place Finder" button, you will see the G-Finder menu then click "Up / show" button, the screen will shows current and one of five recorded location coordinate data. You can change another recorded place and press the "Enter / Power" button to enter the coordinate number then save it. You can return back to the G-Finder function screen the GPSport 245 will shows you the direction how to go back as your indicated place.

Ans:
You can record the point of position when you press the "Enter/Power" button and it will display on the ezTour program.
By the way, the POI point can combine with the photo and display what you take picture of view on ezTour program.
POI just like a note point on your track path and it can display by using ezTour program

回覆刪除Why can't I see Israel streets in Google map in the ezTour program?
Ans:
The problem was identified that Israel map was not included in "Google map API".
Because Google can’t easily get this kind of map data from special zone of government.
Such as including ~ Israel, North Korea, China….etc
However, Israel map does show on map.google.com though.
We have searched Google map API forum and confirmed this.
Until some map companies in Israel would work with Google, there will be no solution so far.
As long as Google provide Israel map on the server, our ezTour will get it for sure.

回覆刪除When I setup ezTour to other laptop, it will shows the warning message "the key had been used", so what can I do for this?
Ans :
Currently, the serial number of ezTour can support 2~3 pcs laptop.
You still can reinstall the program on second laptop and normally operate, even though you get the warning message “the key had been used”.
But if you use out of the limit, then your ezTour wouldn’t reload the track data any more.

Ans :
Unfortunately, the current ezTour version really can’t display the back-ground with Track Editor function.
We would try to improve this issue in the future and put new version program on our Holux website to let user to download.

回覆刪除Why my laptop can’t detect my GR-245 with ezTour program?
Ans :
Most of these issues, the cause should be the driver matching problem.
The problem could be the.... Driver didn’t install completely or your laptop had already included other Silicon version driver, therefore the laptop can’t recognize the GR-245 device.
Pls. try to move out the driver by“Add / remove program” items on your laptop, first.
Then re-install the driver with attached CD in your package.
Pls. just choose the item of install driver without ezTour program, then the computer will restart again.
Finally, you can check whether the GR-245 can connect and load the track data.

Ans :
Unfortunately, our ezTour program can’t support the MAC platform in this moment.
How ever, there is a free software solution (name ~ BT-747) can support to work appropriate with GPS data logger on MAC platform.
